Biography:

Elena is a product of two worlds— although the city of Granada, Spain, has always been her home, she feels deeply connected to her family from Minnesota: where her father is from.

Elena's bi-cultural background is part of the reason she grew up on old Hollywood and Broadway musicals, equally beloved by her American and Spanish grandparents. Her dad hipped her to Bob Dylan, Dan Wilson and old Nashville, but she and her little sister never outgrew screening classics, like the "Sound of Music" and "Meet Me in St. Louis".

As she grew older, she discovered a love for musicians like Maren Morris, Lennon Stella, and of course, Taylor Swift. She and her sister covered many of these women's songs (and, occasionally, played their own original music) in gigs that took place in cities ranging from Granada and Barcelona, to Parish and Nashville.

Elena listens to music almost obsessively, immersing herself completely in whatever album is on her rader, until she can't listen to it anymore (lol). These days, she spends a lot of time listening to Dawes, The Lumineers, and Lizzy McAlpine.
